We’re proud to welcome Chef Davi Santiago, a Latin fusion chef and the founder of Gustoso
Food Truck & Catering and Gustoso Catering, into collaboration with Modern Classical Chefs.
Chef Davi’s cuisine is inspired by vibrant Latin flavors, elevated technique, and the soulful spirit
of street food transformed into refined dining experiences. Her background in catering and
mobile cuisine has shaped a cooking style that is expressive, adaptable, and deeply rooted in
culture — qualities that align beautifully with our approach to private dining. In addition to her
Latin and Caribbean inspired dishes, she cooks Greek/Mediterranean and prepares a superb
Paella!
This collaboration allows us to expand our offerings while spotlighting Chef Davi’s unique
culinary voice. Select Modern Classical Chefs clients will now have access to Latin
fusion–inspired menus designed and executed by Chef Davi, in partnership with our team.
Most importantly, this collaboration is built on mutual respect. Chef Davi retains her creative
identity while working alongside Modern Classical Chefs to bring unforgettable dining
