Personal Chef Crafted Meals: Weekly Meal Prep, Made for Your Household

This is the service for people who want to eat like they had a private chef every night, without booking one for an occasion. One of our chefs cooks your week of meals and drops them off on a set day, so your fridge is full of real food, made for how your household actually eats.

How it’s different from a meal kit or delivery service

A delivery service sends you boxes and a recipe card. You still have to cook. A meal kit company also does not know your kitchen, your allergies, or that your teenager will not touch fish.

We cook your food fresh each week and hand you finished, ready-to-eat meals. Nothing arrives frozen in a truck. Nothing needs a recipe card. You open the fridge and dinner is already made. For a side-by-side and what a week costs, see what a meal prep chef costs and how it compares to a meal kit or delivery service.

How it starts

The first conversation is about your household, not a menu. We ask what everyone loves, what nobody will touch, any allergies or restrictions, and how many nights you need covered. From there we build your first week and send it over for you to react to. These are suggestions to get started, not a final answer. If something is not right, tell us and we adjust before we shop.

What a week actually looks like

Every week is built around your household, so this is an example, not a fixed menu. A recent week for one family looked like this:

  • Chicken tinga, shredded and seasoned, built for tacos, rice bowls, or on its own
  • Baked salmon with a horseradish crust, a lighter option for the nights someone wants it
  • Beef and cabbage stew, the kind of dish that gets better as the week goes on
  • Bang bang shrimp, quick to reheat for a night nobody wants to think about dinner
  • Pad thai, a vegetarian night built into the rotation without anyone having to ask for it

Everything is shopped fresh, cooked that week, portioned into containers, and labeled with what it is and when it was made. You are not guessing what is in the fridge on a Wednesday.

Who this is built for

Families who want real dinners without the nightly decision of what to make. People counting macros or training for something, since a chef building your week can hit specific numbers as easily as a specific flavor. People managing allergies who are tired of reading labels. Anyone following a plan from a doctor or a nutritionist who would rather hand someone the plan than cook to it themselves every night.

How pricing works

Classic Meals starts at $410, plus the cost of groceries. Because every week is built around your household, the exact cost depends on how many nights you need covered and what is on the menu that week. We can talk through what a typical week costs for your household on a first call, rather than quoting a number that would just be a guess.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from HelloFresh or a meal delivery box?

A delivery service ships you ingredients and a recipe. You still cook it. We cook it for you and bring it over, built around your household rather than a set menu everyone gets the same week.

How many nights of the week does this cover?

That is part of the first conversation, since it depends on your household. Tell us how many nights you need covered and we build to that.

Can the menu change week to week?

Yes, and it usually does. Your menu is built with you each week, so it changes as your family’s schedule, cravings, or needs change.

Do you work around allergies or a specific eating plan?

Yes. Tell us up front and we build the week around it, rather than substituting on the fly. Families managing allergies, counting macros, or following a doctor’s or nutritionist’s plan all cook with us.

How is this different from booking you for a dinner party?

A dinner party or event is a one-time booking for an occasion. This is ongoing, week to week, built for everyday eating rather than a single evening.

Do I need to be home for the drop-off?

No. Your meals arrive on a set day each week, portioned and labeled, and we agree on the drop-off details when we plan your week. Many of our meal prep families are out at work and come home to a full fridge.

Who actually cooks?

One of our chefs, working from a menu Chef Dan Ninerell sets and to the standard he holds every chef on the team to.

Not ready for a chef every week?

The Recipe Collection is twenty of our recipes, written out the way we actually cook them and built around how your household eats, with a consolidated shopping list for each one. You cook it yourself. You just skip the part where you have to figure out what to make. Ask us about the Recipe Collection.
