We recently hosted a dinner with Chef Dan and Modern Classic Infused. chef Dan exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was a 10/10, which isn’t easy to do for a large Party with high expectations. The bread pudding was one of the best desserts we’ve ever had! The steak was cooked to perfection and I don’t think anyone has ever tasted a more delicious homemade caesar dressing. Dan was engaging and informative and made everyone feel comfortable with their level of infused courses. We truly had an amazing time and look forward to using Chef Dan and Modern Classical Infused again!
